Raw Vegan Chef Jahari Adjiri presents "By-pass the Flu Shot! Bolster Your Immunity"

Earthsave Baltimore is a nonprofit educational group that helps people learn a healthier and more peaceful way of eating and living. We help people take their next step toward a whole foods, plant based diet and a healthier lifestyle.

Our Veg/Vegan Educational Dinner Series usually meets on the last Saturday of the month, and gives folks the opportunity to connect with friendly, supportive. like minded people. We meet in the fellowship hall of Govans Presbyterian Church, 5828 York Rd, Baltimore, 21212. The church is located next to the historic Senator Theater, on the same side of the street as the Senator.

Raw Chef and Health and Nutrition Coach Jahari Adjiri will show us some ways that raw, high frequency foods can help us avoid being sidelined by colds or flu in the cold, wintry months. And she will prepare a tasty raw vegan immune boosting soup for us to enjoy. Please RSVP and join us, if you can, for Jahari's informative and tasty presentation.

Jahari Adjiri comes from a family of traditional Western doctors and health practitioners. But she became an dedicated student of nutrition and alternative medicine in an effort to improve her own health and immune system which had become compromised following a traumatic episode in childhood. Jahari studied under a number of prominent figures in the holistic health field and was certified as a Health Practitioner (Raw Foods Vegan Chef) by Dr. Ann Wigmore, Founder of the Hippocrates Health Institute, where Jahari witnessed people from all over the world, in record time, being successfully treated of numerous ailments by simply changing to a raw vegan diet. For more than twenty years, Jahari produced and hosted health talk radio shows on WEAA in Baltimore. And Jahari provides helpful info and recipes on her RAW Soul-Licious page on Facebook at

DINNER GUESTS may choose to either bring a dish made without animal products (to serve 8) plus $5 (members pay just $2) donation; pay $15 (members pay just $12) to enjoy dinner and presentation; or pay $5 for presentation only.
